  • We have been gluten-free since 2006 when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. It was difficult to change our lifestyles so dramatically, but the difference in health was dramatic. Like everyone, giving up fast food and bread was difficult. For the past year, I have been researching ingredients, testing combinations, and fine tuning a recipe for really satisfying bread. (I have baked more bread than I want to talk about.) I found one test to be consistent AND tasty. I distributed samples and the response was unanimous. Even those who were not gluten free loved it. All said, “Market it!”
